Shine On

Here is an anthology from Jetse de Vries, and editor for SF Magazine.  Apparently, they were having open submissions here on wordpress, and it escaped my notice entirely.  Oh, well.  It sounds like an interesting compilation that will certainly become another edition to my over-sized library of science-fiction.  It features work from Alastair Reynolds, Kay Keyon and Jason Stoddard .  As most of you have figured out, Reynolds is easily my favorite author at this time.  You can read what he has to say about his addition to the anthology here: http://approachingpavonis.blogspot.com/

Also, here’s the wordpress blog for the book itself: http://shineanthology.wordpress.com/

  1. Hey J.C! Yeah, I can’t wait to check it out myself!

Sorry about my laptop being all sick and stuff. It was rather annoying. However, I did manage to toss a post up here and add a new page called Scifi picks. I did that because the other two pages were boring to me. This site needed something new!

Oh yeah, don’t forget I’ve got some reading material coming your way soon! It’s based in the same universe as AWTC, but has nothing to do with it other than that. It’s just an old idea made new, and I can’t believe it’s a short story! LoL!

    1. I’m thrilled about getting something new to read 🙂 Can’t wait! And yay for new pages. I’m hanging out to put up a ‘published stories’ page! Will be able to at the end of April I guess when the first anthology comes out.
Also, no apologies needed – stuff happens. It’s just nice to see you back again 🙂

  2. What i don’t realize is in reality how you’re not actually a lot more neatly-appreciated than you might be now.
You are very intelligent. You understand thus significantly in terms of this topic, made me for my part consider it from numerous numerous angles.
